After: When replacing the input label, literally not treating the input itself, just the label on the PC, this solved all my problems with bad text beyond 4:2:0 color. Chroma 4:4:4 and 10-bit now work properly. Before: I had problems with the TV in game mode and the input label as console. 4:4:4 chroma panel has text desaturation.
