The monitor stopped working after about 2 months. Lenovo support sucks. After a long troubleshooting session with tech support. (By the way, each call is at least an hour's test.) The monitor was found defective and had to be replaced. After even more excruciatingly long phone calls, they emailed me and said a replacement had been requested. After 3 weeks of waiting, I have not received a tracking number or any other correspondence. When I called and waited another 45 minutes, not a single person on their tech support team could give me a tracking number or shipping estimate. I've been without a monitor for a month now and have no idea when a replacement will come, if ever. I'm totally fed up with LENOVO!
