A good free alternative from Microsoft Office
The ability for us as users in our own organization or those outside it (customers) can be very easy using this software tool. It is helpful that you don't need IT support when working online which makes things easier especially if one does not have access nor has any knowledge about computers at all! Also I like how many features there are available without having to pay extra fees unlike other softwares out here where they charge an arm and leg just so we could enjoy some simple functions such as creating new accounts etc.

- Good price/value ratio compared what else was around during these times.i think i paid more than $300 400 back then..nowadays its less expensive but still good value!!! :)
