Beautiful blue and white stone balls, nice weight, very strong (I dropped one on the kitchen tile and it didn't crack or scratch). I especially like these small sizes because I can easily move them around in my hand. After two days of use I can already see an increase in strength and a decrease in pain from the carpal tunnel syndrome affecting my right hand. My only complaint is that they aren't as perfectly round as I expected.
