Sure it works, waterproof and USB charger!

I bought this shaver for my 11 year old. She loves it. It's a safe close shave, the face piece helps remove stubble on your legs, it's waterproof and USB rechargeable which is a bonus. We lost the power plug from our other shaver so we bought a new one. I tried it on my coarse leg hair and it worked. I'll buy another one!
