I ordered this and first of all it took forever, I mean about three weeks! Then he arrives and ONE OF THE PILLOWCASES GUARANTEED WITH THIS IS MISSING! I use all caps for some reason, I reached out and asked for another pillowcase to be sent but no response. I contacted again and said I want a partial refund now and my pillowcase. No Answer. So you already understand why I want to return it and then the worst begins! This duvet cover doesn't even fit my XL double bed, although it "pretends to fit" about 2 feet from the top of my bed where you can see the sheets clearly, and then the comforter starts 2 feet below it. . It also has little ties to tie the quilt but it doesn't stay in place, instead of a nice square quilt to match the bed, this piece of junk is a big circle that had little drops in it because it didn't does hold. cover down So many issues with it, never waste your money and this coming from a college student who always reads reviews, I would stop this product and seller if I could, absolutely awful!
