Great customer service

Updated review Seller sent me new cables that work! Great customer service and I now have properly working cables. ABOMINABLE. I thought I had a bad USB port on my tablet. This is NOT a port, these are bad cables. When you breathe, they turn off; if you move, they turn off. waste of money!
