I work in a manufacturing facility and carry a walkie-talkie every day for quick communication between departments. All of our wireless microphones are currently speaker only, causing feedback when close to others and poor audio quality. These headphones drastically changed that for me. The sound is clearer and more distinct, and the reduced weight of this device has made the microphone more comfortable to carry. The cable isn't very thick, but in my work it's constantly hanging on things and still holds up. The only thing I would change is a separate cable for the speaker rather than in-line with the mic. . I could just wear it the wrong way round, but depending on your shirt and collar, the line from the mic to the earbud can be less slack. Overall I would recommend this product to my colleagues. It has a great price for the features included.
