Small but works!: Kitchen & Dining

I thought my order was wrong when I received the package as it was so small. Then I saw how small the containers were and thought I was going to starve. Read the instructions! It works and I didn't have to go hungry either. Lost 10 pounds in the first week. Tip: Some may want to get more than one set as you will be using them frequently.
