Very strong, requires more force to attach the blue rubber seal
I love them. I use them as my lunch containers where I can just pop them in the microwave to warm them up. I also use them as a container for leftovers at home. These reusable containers help me stop using single-use cling film on our leftovers before we put them in the fridge. I love how they gave additional covers to choose from. You need to put in a little more effort when using Green Caps. If you wash the ones with rubber seals, the blue rubber seals just need more effort to put the lid on and also when you cover it with a glass container. The blue rubber band goes around or should wrap around the center glass divider of the container. But overall a great purchase! :)
