Well-fitting shirt over clothing

If she were an inch longer, wider and an inch longer in her arms, this would be the perfect shirt. Call it Big and Tall, not just Big or just Tall. But after trying so many other shirts this one is the best instead of buying two and putting them together. There is NO stretch in the collar. Marketing at its finest lies about the product. 100% cotton. It is not elastic.
