Review on 🦶 Snailax 2-in-1 Shiatsu Foot and Back Massager with Heat: Ultimate Relief for Back, Leg, and Foot Aches by April Simpson

I have tried many things such as B. thermal socks and slippers to reduce cold feet but none of these worked. Then I bought this heated leg and back massager to try. This works really well, usually when I'm watching TV and can keep my feet warm. I haven't tried the back yet. A small problem is that it turns off automatically after 30 minutes due to the higher temperature. I hope this can take longer. Overall I am satisfied with this massager. I highly recommend trying it out for people with cold feet. ------ Updated 6/3/20 ------ I have sent a warranty message to the company. When I received the product, it comes with a massage cushion discount. However, once I finished this review, they never got back to me. I'm a bit disappointed in their after sales service. I don't mind if I can get this pillow, but I cared about their service and attitude towards customers like me. I like the product but not the service. I got the answer after writing this update. I will change my rating to 5 stars if all goes well. ------ Updated 6/5/20 ------ I received the massage cushion today. The email conversation becomes very active and they are very effective. I changed my rating to 5 stars because of the good after-sales service. Haven't tried the pillow yet.
