Warmed it up and let me disassemble the phone
Although the controls were not entirely intuitive after turning on and heating up, it quickly warmed up. I was able to remove the piece of glass in no time. Last time I did it with a heat gun. This took much longer and caused the fingers to get quite warm. It was a lot easier.
