I've been looking for nail wrap for a while but none of the nail shops near me had it so I went to Amazon. I found this product and thought it was a great deal for everything it contained. Ordered today and finally received. Everything came nicely and neatly packaged but I was confused by the size. The package seemed very small but I thought it was just foil so maybe it's just tightly wrapped. I accidentally picked up a roll of foil and unwrapped it. I couldn't believe how small it was! I thought maybe I didn't read the description properly so let me go back there and read it. The description says "approx 4cm/1.57" x 100cm/39.37" per roll. I understand that some rolls can wobble about an inch or so when cut and I'm not that type I am a person who is strict about such things, but when I measured a roll of film that I picked at random, it was only about 24" long. Someone from support contacted me about the problem and took care of it very professionally! A big thanks to the company and customer service! I have used it and the results are great! I definitely recommend this product and will be buying more items from this company!
