I have been using a trimmer that accepts this head since the first model came out about 7 years ago. This is the ONLY trimmer I've ever used (and I've used A LOT) that doesn't ruin my egg pouch. I bought a trimmer with a head that looked exactly like the Philips one, I believe it was a Remington, and this trimmer just chewed it no matter how sensitive I was. this one is much better. You really have to be very careless for him to bite you. As long as you exercise a little caution when doing your silly things you won't have a problem, and I'm a fluffy Italian so trust me! This is the ultimate ball buzzer. You may want to have another trimmer to trim your hair with first, because this trimmer head doesn't do well with long hair, it's best for grooming end up with this guy.
