I had cystic acne in my mid 30's that was so big and painful that a dermatologist needed injections. Ever since I whimsically and instinctively bought a neem cleanser for less than $5 from an Indian store in the greater San Jose area, I've discovered an affordable way to prevent the cystic acne I've had for over 2 decades have and have spent countless dollars. I wish I had washed my face with it when I was 11. I think I would have had different, more inspiring formative years and fewer scars. Although I couldn't find the brand I bought from this store again, I did find a replacement of equal value. I've had great results for almost a year now.
