Terrible sound quality

I can't believe 5 star ratings are entirely legitimate. These are probably the worst headphones I've ever come across. The sound is tinny, superficial, fuzzy and almost incomprehensible. There's no bass or treble, and everything in between is distorted. At conferences I was given Bluetooth headphones with much better sound. Pure garbage!
