Update: After using the product for a while, the lag issues seem to have subsided. Maybe our internet could be causing the problem. But it's still a great product and I would definitely recommend or buy it again. I like the product. Easy to use, simple navigation in the application. You can hear my cats eating their food and meowing at the window. Good picture quality. Advantages: - Small size, white and black colors. - Easy to use and navigate app. - Sends you notifications. - Great view of the room. Can rotate the camera to see the whole house. My husband and I can use our phones camera and talk to our kitties while we are at work. Disadvantages: The motion detector does not always recognize people in the room. (My husband got home at 3am and the camera didn't catch him.) You need to be in close proximity to the camera for it to pick up motion. We bought this camera to make sure my cats are fed. We are planning to buy a cat feeder when we go out of town but I was afraid the feeder would clog up and my cats would starve so I wanted a camera that I could use to monitor my cats feeding so the motion detector was on Plus for us - lag when rotating the camera. You press a button in the app and the camera actually turns around with a 2-3 second delay (great product to buy again).
