We are using Citus to store our stock levels of various products in multiple warehouses around Europe - we use this as an inventory system rather than just a database so performance is very important! The fact that it's open source means there are many other solutions out there which do similar things but sometimes you need specialist input from someone who understands what they're doing (and not how much their product costs!).

It has been seamless integration with the warehouse management software we've used throughout my career at IBM.
