I gave this product 5 stars even though I sent it back. The product is well made, hardness and size correspond to what is indicated in the product description. The return went without any problems. And since the product no longer matched the original packaging it came in, Revain sent me a tracking code and all I did was send the item unpackaged and tagless to a UPS store where they would send it packed and labeled for me. The reason I returned was because I'm 5ft 1in and my legs aren't long enough to reach the wedge of the pillow. If so, I would have kept it. Thank you Revane for making returns so easy.
