It can be used by anyone, in different offices with different timezones; easy to maintain even without technical knowledge. A bit outdated for some functions (mailing lists not working), but we are able to update them easily through Zapier. The integration with other tools is excellent, great for data synchronization. Easy access from any device. Excellent support from Salesforce.com during implementation; great team of professionals that were always available to support us throughout everything. I have seen no real issues so far, it works very well and has proven itself in our daily work. The best part about this service is that all of my calls are made from home which saves me money! I dislike having to be at work when people call, but not much else as it's just an inconvenience really :). It helps keep costs down too since we don't have any extra office space or employees here in our house (we're doing everything remotely!). We can also make conference phone lines if need-be so there aren’t many downsides either besides being able answer your phones while you sleep haha!!
