Received on July 11th. The water supply never had any pressure either. I called the manufacturers, they gave me some ideas on how to fix the problem. Nine solved problems with leaks throughout the gauge and zero pressure. In 2 years I bought 2 picks. The same problems. In addition (warning) the return was very expensive due to the delivery by third party companies. (no free returns) This product belongs in the landfill! Do not buy! 0 stars
