The belt is VERY transparent - it appears to be completely transparent. So if you need a slightly foggy belt, this isn't for you! However, if you're looking for a belt that makes it look like you're not wearing it at all, then this is definitely for you! The original reason I bought this belt was because I didn't want (well, I needed it) the bulky look of a regular opaque belt. It keeps my pants on and is very gentle! The only bones I would have to pick is that the loop that the strap goes through was a sharp metal that cut me and the strap itself feels a little flimsy. However, if you handle it with extreme care, you will be fine. Seems to be the right price I paid though.
