Great design, feels very durable. Although I should have ordered a size up; Check your size before ordering! like the orange side, but found that when turning the black rubber side, it can be difficult to get through some pants' belt loops (a common but acceptable problem with AG belts since they're off rubber) so now I wear them orange side in with less friction (you can still see the orange, that's cool ;-) ) and enjoy it. The buckle is solid and looks great, as does the belt itself. So I'd put a five without a doubt; However, I think it's fair to point out the friction issue as I'm sure AG will come up with a solution to this problem. ;-) Note: I still have an AG rubber belt and their shoulder bag. And durable (forever?) and great-looking products that feel great. What about customer support? GREAT! They sent me a replacement shoulder strap mechanism free of charge even though I clearly stated that the bag is many years old.
