Fits true to size, although I ordered half a size up (women's 8) as my feet are wider. The fit is still great, I'm so glad they make canvas shoes now. I'm starting adult ballet this week (I haven't done ballet in almost 15 years) and I'm very happy with my form. Next time I'll order my usual size (women's 7.5), although a big plus is that the elastic is already sewn in. I'm sure some of you can feel my pain when you used to just sew in a rubber band. that it wasn't quite right. I can't wait until I use this pair enough to get another one (although for the price I can order a pair in a different color because I can) I'm that impressed!
