This is the first weighted blanket I've used and at this point I would say it definitely helps me sleep. I usually take a long time to fall asleep even though I'm tired; I toss and turn and find no comfort. This blanket has helped me stop moving. It was much easier to feel relaxed with it. As far as I can tell it feels and looks very good and is incredibly soft and comfortable. The weight stays evenly distributed across the duvet, nothing shifts or feels, it is very well balanced. I wish I had tried something like this a few years ago, it was essential not only for falling asleep but also for staying asleep. I highly recommend it to anyone who has ever thought about trying it.
