Happy with this purchase

I like the affordable price. The pen's weight shows that it's cheap, but it looks good. It's also nice when it falls out of your hand. Installation took significantly longer than it should have because I didn't have a wrench. The seller must put one in the package. I had trouble tightening parts. As a beginner/do-it-yourself young lady, the setup is quite easy. I would recommend attaching the square piece to the water valve before attaching the valve to the main pipe for easier access. Also put teflon tape on the square part of the water valve to make sure it doesn't drip out of the bag. Also use teflon tape on the water valve on the pipe body. Save yourself the trouble of taking it off a second time or in my case 5 times. HUGE INSTALLATION TIP: If you screwed all the parts on and the shower head twists or tilts, then it's not screwed on tight enough. Took me about 30 minutes to figure it out. I would have liked more detailed instructions in the manual. The water pressure is excellent. Much better than my old shower head, only no water saving element installed. However, note that BOTH the hand and quad CAN work at the same time, but the water will be distributed between the two valves, so the water pressure will be LOW in this function. However, if you are patient and find the right combination between the two and use the garden hose adjustment on the handle, you won't notice much of a difference! After all, the button on the handle is only used to stop the water supply. . You have to rotate the front to get different water settings. I don't really like spinning, but it spins VERY easily, so I don't mind! All in all, this was a great purchase. If you are new to crafting, I would recommend reading the tips above to make installation easy and right the first time! Installation was tedious due to my personal error and the lack of an instruction manual, but really all I needed was a wrench. Also, if you're short like me, make sure the ladder is at a comfortable height during installation. I did my best to tiptoe the screws, although that energy could have been expended on making sure the screws were tight enough! Installation is pretty easy! would recommend. nice product
