Pretty accurate for comfort fit rings
Pretty accurate for my ring size (8.5). inside) caliber ring. Only rings for this ring type are measured. For a classic ring fit (flat on the inside) you need to purchase a set of ring gauges that are completely flat on the inside. Surprisingly, this is very important. I was very surprised at how much my fingers swelled over the course of the day. My ring finger changes from 8.0 to 9.0 anytime. The 8.5 resulted in a size that doesn't fall off unintentionally unless I use soap and water. Many online ring manufacturers allow you to order multiple sizes before ordering.
