Don't be fooled lol. At first I wanted to try it, even though they look pretty crappy. NOPE A 100 percent solid carbon fiber beast, a tight, heavy piece. Use below my SVS Ultra Towers at £75 each. No mods, they just work. As for the sound, I can't say I've always had spikes, so it still sounds the same. I just wanted something nicer than the tiny saucers that come with speakers. These things are insanely strong and I'm sure they can handle a massive amount of weight. Very nice and strong carbon fiber is not cheap and when you feel it you will understand why it costs so much.
