You get what you pay for
They are not Eastern at all, I have a few cuts just to put them on. They don't stay in a straight line but continue to move inward towards the tires and I can't get them to go straight no matter what I do. It would be better if I could put them under the back seat, but the straps aren't long enough. They look very small compared to my bike, but that's what you get for $40.
