Review on Ocean Blues Womens Standard Bandeau Women's Clothing in Swimsuits & Cover Ups by Randy Olson

I've read a lot of reviews saying it runs large so I took a size smaller than I normally wear over a swimsuit (M) wear, and taken a small one, and it was still too big. I'm 36A and have trouble filling a lot of bra cups, but I almost never have trouble in soft swimsuits. I buy medium because of the size of the strap (small is often too tight around the back and chest). So even after I reduced the size by one size, it was still a bit large. I tied it as tightly as possible around the back and it was still too loose in the front/cups with a small gap but loose enough that I wasn't sure it would hold up for a swim. Too bad they don't sell it in size XS because it's definitely cute and the neon rose is exactly the color I wanted (it looks a bit darker/lighter than the picture where it looks more bubblegum pink). The quality seems good too. I wish the straps didn't have an adjustable part that would be visible from the front, but that doesn't bother me.
