Eyebrow pencil DRY
This brow pencil is so dry I can't even get a decent line. This has happened before, but I thought I'd give it a second chance, but it's inconvenient, I can't draw lines, especially thin lines. I threw away the box so I guess I can't send it back. I am very disappointed in my Benefit eyebrow pencil Sheila Kamberg.
