Supplied with broken stitching - UPDATED

UPDATE - Tillak emailed me straight away and they were so great and sent me two new hats. Very kind of you and so cool! Didn't expect that, very, very satisfied. What a great company and customer service. legends! The hat just arrived tonight, the stitching is coming out in 3 places. I am very sad as I was very happy with it and will be wearing it on my upcoming hikes. I love the company and what it stands for. I live in New Zealand and returning is a bit of a hassle. To put it better: If the hat was in good condition, it would be so great! Lucky material, shape, cut and color.
