Review on ReportBugz by Matt Larsen

The ability of reportbug is quite handy, I love it because a lot of my previous problems have been solved using this software. This one has almost all things which you can ask for. It may seem little costly but i recommend everyone give importance to such tools that help us solve our issues with ease. Reports are easy to create as well as share easily. Easy to get started up. Very simple tool. Also very simple to learn too. You will enjoy working out using RBLs. Reporting bugs also become simpler when done using these softwares instead of manually by an Admin or developer. I like that it's very easy and fast to use, also has a great customer support. It is not so user friendly, but you get used to it after some time. Also, there are no other competitors out there. I really recommend this product! Reporting issues with our web app (very big one) and making sure that they were solved.
