**Edit - The company contacted me and agreed to send me a full replacement pack free of charge and did not request that I send the original pack of 4 bulbs. Very grateful for their decision and happy and satisfied with my beautifully working rechargeable flashlights! ** I was so excited to get these to replace my battery powered flashlights. A bit pricey for 4 but worth it if I don't have to constantly buy batteries. But only 2 bulbs work! I told them to make sure they were ready for the night but 2 never turned on. When I plug in the charger, the little light glows red like it's charging, but it doesn't actually turn on or light up! So disappointed in these because the other 2 that work are perfect. It would be better if they were a plate to fix with oil, with a screw and not just tape because it's not really very sticky.
