I dance, weight train and take movement classes (in person and online) and just found these headphones unreliable as they stay in the headphones during movements. I started getting annoyed when they argued at business meetings. especially with my need for them during the pandemic, then i started using my much older mpows and my audio quality was better with mpows. In addition to complaints about the sound quality of my mic, the right and left headphones regularly mismatched, often requiring me to factory reset, disconnect, and then reconnect. After some research on the internet, it turned out that this is a common problem. At one point I found that my microphone stopped working on an important business call. I've tried the usual reset, disconnect and re-pair, but that didn't work. After contacting customer service, I informed them of my problem and the steps I had already taken. I was told to try again and send video proof of my process. They answered once a day at most, although I called anytime. After trawling back and forth for over a week, getting wrong directions, falsely promising a refund, asking for shipping info, etc., I was offered a discount coupon that wasn't sent. Pros: - Case looks nice - Headphones hold a charge well - Residual charge in the case, clean and in a good place.
