I bought these rhinestone napkin covers for my dad's birthday gala with glitter, glamor and a bow tie. The glue on the napkin packaging kept coming off. I use this type of wraps regularly but have never used this seller. I was very frustrated because this issue was causing my guest environment to not look as intended due to the packaging peeling off. Because of the difference of 2€ I gave the seller a chance. This problem has caused me more pain and embarrassment than $2 could ever cost!
