The right pedal worked OPPOSITE between the left and center pedals. With all pedals set to "one trigger", pressing and holding the left pedal resulted in a button press. Pressing and holding the middle pedal resulted in a button press. However, pressing and holding the right pedal did not result in a key press. The right pedal produced a keystroke when pressed and released. With all pedals set to "continuous trigger", pressing and holding the left pedal produced a continuous stream of keystrokes. Pressing and holding the middle pedal produced a continuous stream of keystrokes. However, pressing and holding the right pedal didn't result in a continuous stream of keystrokes. The right pedal produced a continuous stream of keystrokes as the right pedal was pressed and released. To stop the continuous stream of keystrokes, you had to keep pressing the right pedal.
