I have a vinyl fence and a lot of things deform it. It easily holds my hanging baskets thanks to the support structure. It currently hangs on my gear backed vinyl track and is holding up great. I can't even lean on the railing without it bending over and my 15lb hanging basket won't budge. I also live in an area with strong winds and it hasn't fallen or moved. I plan to order more next summer!
