Review on 🎒 J World New York Sundance Rolling Backpack - Unisex Roller Bookbag, Black, One Size by Jim Young

I am very disappointed with this product and have not been able to contact the manufacturer to rectify the situation. I purchased this item in February 2019 and in late April 2019 the handle came out of this rolling backpack. By May 2019 it had broken elsewhere and become unusable. I purchased a warranty on this item and called to have my backpack replaced. They told me there was a 1 year manufacturer warranty that I would have to claim. I tried calling the manufacturer on the phone number they gave me and it just kept ringing and calling and then it went to a full mailbox. I then contacted Revain and they gave me a web address to send a written request to the manufacturer, I haven't heard a response yet. So at this point, school isn't over yet, and my kid doesn't have a backpack, and I don't have more than $50 right now. Pretty boring!
