My new favorite pre-workout, great product. Delivers clean energy and noticeable strength gains in just one week. This is my second dip - Kre Alkalyn Creatine won't make you bloated. For maximum effectiveness, take on an empty stomach. I wouldn't recommend it for night gym goers due to caffeine. Blue Berry tastes fantastic, Orange Mango is a bit tart.
