I really wanted to love this product BUT the software makes it impossible. Here are just some of the disadvantages it has: 1. Customization for a US user or any English speaking user is unacceptable and very confusing especially when setting it up for the first time.2. The buttons that control the feeder are too close together, and worse, the screen that activates the feature doesn't match the actual image of the button. So don't be surprised if you click the microphone and it treats your pet instead.3. Apparently they figured out that even if you pay a high price for one product, it's still okay to show you ads for their other product on the homepage. Really?!?!An offer to the manufacturer if you even read these reviews. If you are bringing a product to the international market and its operation depends heavily on software, do not skimp and invest in software development. And hire programmers who really know what they're doing and understand the US market.
