Review on Sirui TY 70A Video Quick Release by Leo Torres

This is an Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate. What can you say about him? Well, first of all, it seems to be well made. I had no trouble attaching the tripod head. Everything looks smooth and clean. Handling seems accurate although I didn't measure anything to verify. The mounting screw is made of good and strong material, not cheap junk that can pop out when tightened. I like that the anti-rotation legs fold down. If they're interfering with your camera or lens, you can get them out of the way. But they're not that easy to pick up once they're stowed away. I have tested this plate with my Canon 7D MKII and my 100-400mm L IS II lens and it has proven to be quite reliable. No issues or issues with my camera's security or stability as long as this plate is attached. I've also used this with an L bracket and those little anti-rotation feet made it nice and stable. No rotation. I combine this with two different Sirui heads. K-30X ball head and L-20S swivel head. So I know that they are destined to work together. But I believe they will work well with other Arca-Swiss style heads as well. I am very satisfied with all Sirui items that I have purchased. (Two tripod heads, three QR plates and two CPL filters.) This shows that not all offshore products are cheaper junk. Sirui has a really solid lineup. They use good materials. Good glass in their filters. And quality/precision manufacturing. I will definitely buy from them again,
