This gadget saved my life :-). I enjoy working on my laptop, but tilting my head down puts a lot of strain on my neck muscles, causing pain and potential long-term damage. This device saved my throat! It elevates the laptop to a height I can work at without tilting my head. It's tight after adjusting the nuts holding the levers. I only gave it 4 stars because you need a tool (not included) to adjust the nuts to keep the levers from slipping. One arm was so tight I couldn't move it at all, the other was so loose it didn't support the laptop. After adjusting all four nuts, everything is fine. Now I use it all the time and I recommend it if you can adjust the nuts.
