As an office chair, it is very comfortable and stable and looks very nice. I didn't buy it for the bluetooth speaker and microphone, but I was excited for those features. Unfortunately, the microphone is useless in a conference call. The speakers are okay, but the biggest issue is the placement of the controls. My foot keeps accidentally pressing the BT button and turning it on causing problems during a conference call. I think this is a design flaw and at the moment I had to remove the battery for the BT device in the chair to avoid these accidental activations, so I don't use it now.
