I'm 5'2 and 145 pounds and bought the medium one. I wear a 34B bra. The bodice came up but was tight. So for a well endowed lady this may give the perfect push up or it may be too tight. This is sooooo cute! I read that another reviewer called the bottom "diaper". Unfortunately I have to agree. Maybe it's my squarer hips or something, but there was a lot of material in the front and they went up quite a bit in the back. Additionally, the white interior of the material sometimes pops out on the sides in the crotch area, giving it that "oops, your padding is showing" look. I envy you bad guys for looking so good out there. And I know this swimsuit will continue to flatter a lot of people, so give it a try! The price is frankly worth all the consequences.
