The company replaced them after mine broke after 1 year
UPDATE UPDATE: I have contacted Northside and their customer service rep Kat is excellent. I get a replacement and am satisfied. UPDATE: I don't like them anymore because they broke on an Algonquin trip 1 year later. I bought them on July 25, 2018. They broke on August 1, 2019. One of them had the lower rubber part loose from the base. I think I'll contact the company because it's just ridiculous for an outdoor sport sandal that I've only worn a handful of times. I love her! Arrived earlier than I expected. This is exactly what I wanted without paying as much money compared to other brands. They are light and comfortable and I love the color combination.
