The product arrived quickly. I was skeptical about flash malfunctions based on the reviews I read, but I had no problems. I tried to zip up slowly and carefully to avoid any potential problems. It fits my mattress perfectly and is well made. The material isn't noisy or uncomfortable like others I've tried in the past. I just bought a new expensive mattress and wanted it to help protect the mattress and keep it in good condition. I've been sleeping on it for a week now and don't even realize it's there. The soft fabric upper pairs well with a velcro flap covering the zip. I spent a lot of time researching protective products before purchasing and I'm sure I've found the best. Not sure about the durability and water resistance yet as I've only been using it for a week, but for now I can say I highly recommend it!
