Difficult to navigate media player

A micro SD card is required when ordering, as the 16 GB storage capacity is completely used up and deleting the demo files does not help. Anyway, I ordered this MYDASH Bluetooth MP3 player to wear while running. It's more than an MP3 player, it has multiple apps including one that plays videos in the old Microsoft format. Although it supports most of the popular audio formats. And it includes a radio app that uses an onboard chip, no Wi-Fi required. The audio is clear and loud and of good quality when I get it working properly. And I'm used to handling electronics, so I can't imagine how a person who is not versed in gadgets will handle this player. The screen is slow to respond and the lack of a menu button to return to the home page is a nightmare. Seriously, I couldn't get it to stop playing songs or quit the radio app. Touching the screen from side to side gives you the option to return to the same screen or delete a song from the micro SD card. And turning it on and off doesn't work, neither does rebooting. In the end, I was able to get it into the app's main menu by removing the micro SD card. I like the sports armband that comes with it and the headphones are very basic but with a USB Type-C connector. The package also includes a 3.5mm to USB Type-C audio adapter. I give it 3 stars and I'm being generous because there were times when this player couldn't be more than a 2 star device.
