The ability to track employment in our organization is very important because it allows us as managers or supervisors easy access into each members account information including salary history paystubs etcetera! It also provides great benefits such as paid time off which gives employees more control over their work schedule/hours of operation!! Nothing I can think about right now but overall this program has been working well since we have used them so far.

We use all these functions from within out human resource software (Paychex) by going online via phone line directly thru PAYCHEX system only using IVHRM's website interface when needed.
